Biography: |
Juan
has had a twenty-five year career with KeyCorp and its predecessor banks. He
began as a Mortgage Loan Officer for Residential Real Estate, served as A. V.
P for Commercial Real Estate lending, and most recently was V.P. and
Relationship Manager for KeyCorp's Community Development Corporation. Juan
has experience doing SBA 504 loans and other government assisted lending in
the Cleveland Metro area. Recently he had managed equity projects up to $78M+
for low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, business, and real
estate projects. Juan serves as the Chairman of the Hispanic Business Association, which is the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for Ohio. Juan also serves on the Cleveland Municipal School District Bond Accountability Commission, as Board Member of Garrett Square Economic Development Corporation, and as Advisory Board Member for First New England Capital and Merchantbanc Venture Capital. Juan is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace College with both a B.A. and an M.B.A. Juan F. Hernandez has joined the staff as Business Development Officer for Growth Capital in February 2002. Juan will manage marketing and business development activities for the Growth Capital Corp. |

Biography: |
John
Kropf has joined Growth Capital Corp. as the Executive Director. Most
recently, John served as the Vice President and Deputy Director with the
Community Loan Fund of South Western PA where he lead their Certified
Development Company to the Number One CDC status in the SBA Pittsburgh
District as well as the Number One SBA Microloan lender. His prior experience
with Wells Fargo Financial and his 14 years of experience in lending,
business development, marketing and organizational leadership will help him
to make an impact at Growth Capital |
