Referral & Loan Contest Grand Prize: Two Round-Trip Airline Tickets Now is the perfect time to help your small business clients discover the benefits of Growth Capital's loan programs. When you refer or make a loan that is agency approved, it will qualify for two raffle tickets. A referral will qualify for one raffle ticket and the second raffle ticket will go to the financial institution loan officer. If the referral and loan come from the same loan officer, he or she will receive both raffle tickets. The raffle will be held at next year's Growth Capital Corp. annual meeting in November. We will raffle a top prize of two round-trip airline tickets to any city within the continental United States up to a total cost of $1,000. You will also have the opportunity to win other prizes, including gift certificates, hotel stays, dinners, sporting event tickets, theater tickets, etc. Eligibility The 2004-05 Referral and Loan Contest is open to anyone who is directly responsible for referrals and to the financial institution loan officer on an agency loan approval. Any person making a referral can qualify for a raffle ticket. Corporate or company referrals are not eligible. If we receive multiple referrals on one project, only the first person who submits the referral will qualify for the raffle. To qualify as a referral, you must e-mail Juan Hernandez or call him at 216-592-2255. If the loan is approved, we will send you an acknowledgement that you qualify for a raffle ticket. Information will be posted on our Web site and will be updated monthly listing raffle ticket recipients. Loans must be approved by the SBA or the state of Ohio between October 1, 2004 and September 30, 2005. Drawing The drawing will take place at Growth Capital's 2004 annual meeting and luncheon in November. You need not be present to win. Growth Capital Corp., whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters pertaining to this raffle, will conduct the random drawings and award all prizes. Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Growth Capital Corp. Prizes Grand Prize: The final name drawn will be the Grand Prize winner and will receive a voucher for two round-trip airline tickets to any city within the continental United States up to a combined total cost of $1,000.
